Express submission to the Courts of Barcelona<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-14\" href=\"https:\/\/www.equipodecamara.es\/en\/condiciones-del-alquiler\/#SEGURO\" >SURE<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CONDICIONES_GENERALES_DE_CONTRATACION\"><\/span>GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following clauses regulating the mutual responsibility between both parties constitute a sine qua non of the contract, without which\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(NIF B-42776773)<\/strong>\u00a0would not consent to be bound:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_El_material_alquilado_y_sus_accesorios\"><\/span>1. The rented material and its accessories<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rented material and its accessories that are the subject of this contract are the exclusive property of\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Funcionamiento_de_los_equipos\"><\/span>2. Equipment operation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>\u00a0will not provide the lessee any information or training on the operation of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Entrega_y_devolucion_del_equipo\"><\/span>3. Delivery and return of equipment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lessor delivers to the lessee the contracted equipment in perfect condition and inventory; likewise, the lessee agrees to return it in perfect condition on the agreed upon return date and time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Desperfectos_en_la_devolucion_del_material\"><\/span>4. Defects in the return of the material<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In those cases in which they are not included in the insurance, the lessee will be obliged to pay in full the amount of the same new material, according to market prices within 15 calendar days after the agreed return date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Devolucion_del_material_en_plazo\"><\/span>5. Return of material on time<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delays in the return of rented material that have not been accepted in writing by\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>, must be paid at the rate of\u00a0<strong>&quot;1 day&quot;<\/strong>\u00a0for every 24 hours of delay, to which no type of discount will be applicable and which are reflected on the website:\u00a0<strong>www.equipodecamara.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In those cases where the delay is greater than 72 hours,\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>\u00a0In addition to requiring payment of the daily rate stated above, it will immediately proceed to take the appropriate legal action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Averia_dentro_del_periodo_de_alquiler\"><\/span>6. Breakdown within the rental period<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>\u00a0does not assume any responsibility for replacing the equipment resulting from its misuse. If the right of substitution is recognized, this will be subject to the availability of the leasing company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Modificaciones_en_el_equipo\"><\/span>7. Modifications to the equipment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lessee client may not modify, dismantle or repair the rental equipment or sell, pawn or dispose of the equipment or its accessories, under warning of the responsibilities inherent to such actions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Responsabilidad_por_danos_ocasionados_en_el_equipo\"><\/span>8. Responsibility for damage caused to the equipment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any damage caused to the equipment resulting from its misuse will be the exclusive responsibility of the renter client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Responsabilidad_civil_por_danos_ocasionados_a_terceras_personas\"><\/span>9. Civil liability for damages caused to third parties<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The renter is entirely responsible for any damage caused by misuse.\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>\u00a0declines all responsibility in cases where the rented material could cause an accident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Salida_del_pais_del_material_alquilado\"><\/span>10. Leaving the rented material out of the country<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lessee on the date of subscription or at any subsequent time must notify the departure of the equipment abroad within the lease period. The arrangements relating to this departure will be entirely the responsibility of the lessee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"11_Responsabilidad_derivada_de_la_LOPD\"><\/span>11. Responsibility derived from the LOPD<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The liability derived from the actions that may be carried out under the protection of Organic Law 15\/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as a result of the recordings obtained or the loss of information will not, in any case, be of\u00a0<strong>CAMERA EQUIPMENT RENTAL SL<\/strong>. The tenant client will be responsible for any actions brought in such concepts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"12_Sumision_expresa_a_los_Tribunales_de_Barcelona\"><\/span>12. Express submission to the Courts of Barcelona<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compliance or interpretation of the conditions herein, in case of discrepancy, will be the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, thus expressly waiving the jurisdiction that may correspond to the tenant client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SEGURO\"><\/span>SURE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rented equipment is covered during trips made between any two points in Europe, as well as during stays, stays in\u00a0<strong>Albania, Azabaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Chechen Republic, Serbia and Montenegro, Shidda Khartli (South Ossetia), Russia Tajikistan and Turkey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Likewise, previous stays, assembly and filming and\/or stays after said transports and while they are being operated are guaranteed. However, case by case the\u00a0<strong>coverage expansion<\/strong>\u00a0for any of the countries mentioned. All trips made by land and\/or sea and\/or river and\/or lake routes and\/or combinations of any of these means, whether conventional or not, are guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rented audiovisual material\u00a0<strong>is insured against any risk of loss, damage and\/or expense, as a result of accidents of the carrier vehicle<\/strong>. Furthermore, it is planned\u00a0<strong>theft, fire, breakage, water damage<\/strong>, etc., having even been expressly expanded to guarantee lens breakage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As an application and\/or clarification, it is established that\u00a0<strong>the risk of theft of the insured interest<\/strong>\u00a0will be guaranteed during short-term parking of vehicles on public roads, as long as the insured objects were not exposed to view from the outside and the access to the vehicle had been duly closed, accessing the interior of these by breaking doors , locks and\/or windows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Likewise, when insured equipment spends the night on board vehicles in parking lots, garages or other closed places, they must be properly supervised.
