Wireless Follow Focus
The Tilta Nucleus-M I Wireless Lens Control Kit contains the essentials for focusing wirelessly. The kit includes the Nucleus-M FIZ hand unit controller, a Nucleus-M motor, a removable lens belt, a motor power cable, two marking discs for the hand unit, a lanyard for the hand unit, a battery charger unit and two 18650 batteries. The system allows focus, iris or zoom on your lens, and if you are using a lens that doesn't have standard cine-style gears, then use the included lens belt to add gears to your lens.
This partial kit is a single-axis system, but the manual unit will allow you to control additional motors (not included) so you can control more than one lens ring. The system can focus wirelessly from up to 1000' away, and the batteries can power the handheld unit for approximately 10 hours on a single charge. The lanyard connects to the hand control unit, allowing you to wear it around your neck.
Tilta Nucleus-M FIZ Hand Unit
The Tilta Nucleus-M FIZ handheld unit provides three-channel wireless focus, iris and/or zoom control as part of the Nucleus-M lens control system. The manual unit features a large, wood-edged focus knob, zoom joystick, iris wheel, and backlit LED display window.
Select between low, medium and maximum transmission ranges to best suit your working distance and battery reserves. Choosing the Nucleus-M FIZ 15-channel 2.4 GHz handheld unit minimizes the potential for interference in high-traffic areas. Set up to 10 smooth stops with vibration for focus pulls and calibrate lenses automatically or manually.
Wireless start/stop is available for certain cameras using the hand unit and cables available separately. The handheld unit is powered by two separately available lithium-ion batteries and can run for up to 10 hours on a single charge.
